Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. If Betwoon identifies multiple accounts registered by the same individual (whether identified by name, address, payment method, device, or IP address), all duplicate accounts and associated funds may be suspended pending investigation. Only one account per household is permitted.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Betwoon will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify Betwoon immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, Betwoon requires completion of KYC verification. This may include submission of a valid government-issued identification document (Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. KYC is a one-time process unless additional documentation is subsequently required.
All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Betwoon supports the following payment methods for deposits: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at point of transaction. Betwoon does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed in MYR. Processing times vary by method: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) typically complete within 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX transfers typically complete within 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers may take up to 60 minutes. These are indicative timeframes and not guaranteed.
All account balances, bets, and transactions are denominated in MYR. Where currency conversion is applicable (for example, in connection with cryptocurrency deposits where supported), rates are determined at the time of the transaction and displayed prior to confirmation.
Betwoon may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to Players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

All bets placed on the betwoon Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each betting market, game type, or sporting event. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing any wager. Betwoon's sportsbook covers, among other markets, Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, the UFC, and other major international sporting events.
A bet is not confirmed until it has been accepted by the Platform and a confirmation message is displayed to the Player. Betwoon reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion. In live (in-play) betting markets, odds are subject to change or suspension at any time.
In the event of a manifest technical error, software malfunction, or obvious pricing mistake, Betwoon reserves the right to void any bets placed under such conditions. Funds wagered on voided bets will be returned to the Player's account. No liability shall attach to Betwoon for any losses suffered as a result of such errors.
Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per day. Specific limits are displayed within the relevant betting market or game. Betwoon reserves the right to withhold payment of any winnings that exceed published limits without prior consent.

Betwoon reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the Platform's notification system or by email to the address registered on your account.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure via our support team.
